Article 1 provides for the application of the provisions of the Desert Land Law No. 143 of 1981 and the Law of Auctions and Tenders No. 89 in 1998 to regulate the seizure of the State-owned lands. Articles 2 and 3 deal with requirements, conditions, procedures, steps and documents for the seizure of agricultural, desert, reclaimed lands of the State-owned lands.
