Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Law No. 6 of 2006 concerning the Management of Groundwater Well Drilling. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to types of drilling permits, application procedure and conditions to obtain them; fees relating to applications for the grant or renewal of drilling licences and drilling operations; grievances against a rejection.
