This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution, accordingly, the Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region of the Azores resolves, to recommend to the Regional Government of the Azores that it promote the necessary procedures leading to: a) the construction of equipment or infrastructures for water storage, namely through the installation of reservoirs in Serra das Velhas, an area under the management of a public forest domain, located in the municipality of Madalena; b) the execution of pipelines for transportation and respective supply station, from the mentioned area for a length of 1.3 km, making it possible to supply the areas covered by the counties of Madalena and Bandeiras; c) the execution of pipelines for transportation, from the area mentioned along the Candelária forestry path, to the south, making it possible to supply the areas covered by the counties of Creação Velha, Candelária and São Mateus.
