This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution amends Resolution No. 167/2017 on the structural fire prevention and restoration projects in the Natural Parks of Douro Internacional, Montesinho and Tejo Internacional, in the Natural Reserve of Serra da Malcata and in the Natural Monument of Portas de Ródão. Amendments establish the specific measures referred to in paragraphs 2 to 4 of the Annex to Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 167/2017 of 2 November, which may be carried out, when concomitantly, in areas surrounding the protected areas covered by said projects, whenever this is necessary for the pursuit of the objectives of structural prevention, restoration and conservation of priority habitats in those protected areas.
