The PNFC is established for periods of five years.
Abstract

This Resolution of the Council of Ministers approves the National Programme for Controlled Forestry Fire (PNFC) has as its direct objective the development of durable and sustainable structural prevention actions, promoting the compartmentalization of spaces and, as an indirect objective, the reinforcement of accredited technicians, contributed to the use of Controlled fire management in silvicultural and landscape. 1. It is incumbent upon the National Forestry Authority (NFA) to design a national controlled fire plan that implements the objectives of the National Forest Protection Plan against Fire (PNDFCI). 2. The National Controlled Fire Plan is approved by the Board of Directors of the Institute for the Conservation of Nature and Forests (ICNF, I.P.) and approved by the Secretary of State for Forests and Rural Development. 3. The AFN advertises on the website of the ICNF, I. P., the following information: a) National controlled fire plan; b) Annually until January 15, the priority territorial areas for intervention with controlled fire; c) Annually until January 15, the fire control plans in force; d) annual monitoring of the national controlled fire plan; e) The five-year assessment of the PNFC.
