Abstract This Resolution of the Council of Ministers establishes the Urbanisation Planning of 'Tróia' area. It concerns the Regulation (divided into 5 chapters and 2 annexes) of land use planning within the aforementioned area, in order to protect natural resources; to valorise natural and cultural heritage; to exploit touristic sector in view of a rational development, etc. Any project (in particular for touristic purpose) shall be submitted to an environmental impact assessment programme.
