This Resolution of the Council of Ministers shall enter into force on the date of publication.
Abstract

This Resolution of the Council of Ministers establishes the management plan of the National Park of 'Peneda-Gerês'. The Regulation consists of 4 chapters and 2 annexes establishing that the said National Park includes mountain area of various non-modified ecosystems. This Regulation defines modalities for land use planning within the national park and valorization of its natural resources, specifying the delimitation of areas to be protected. For the implementation of this Resolution, the services of the park must cooperate with the local institutions. The Regulation is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. 1); Specific activities (2); Management (3); Other plans (4). Annexes list flora species within the park and involved municipalities.
