To this end, it sets out the lines of action and priority adaptation measures, identifying the entities involved, the monitoring indicators and potential sources of funding. The climate change adaptation policy in Portugal is in a state of maturity that allows the identification of priorities regarding key decision support instruments and the implementation of direct intervention actions in the territory and infrastructures. Resources should be made available for these responses to be realized, thus contributing to the implementation of the various adaptation plans and strategies. Full text Portuguese Website dre.pt
