This Resolution enters imto force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution consisting of 5 articles defines plants and trees considered at risk of extinction due to environmental conditions or human intervention. Perennial forest trees are listed in art.3, while rare forest trees are listed in art.4. Penalties are set at art.34 of the Agriculture Law of 2015.
