This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This REsolution consisting of 6 articles establishes that all ships and fishing boats licensed to engage in fishing activity in the Kuwaiti territorial waters are obligated to put feature boards to clearly identify their name and registration number on their hulls. The provisions apply to (i) both wooden and iron ships, wit and without command cabin; (ii) boats (cruisers). Violations to this Resolution shall be subject to the penalties stipulated in Decree-Law No.46 of 1981.
