Abstract This Resolution consisting of 10 articles aims at establishing that the vehicles for transport of fresh and/or chilled and/or frozen fish need a Prior Informed Consent from the Ministry of Agriculture and indicating the conditions for obtaining this consent (signs, refrigerator’s materials, degrees and temperature registration system). The consent lasts for one year and it is renewable. The Resolution deals also with the personal hygiene, clothes cleanliness and sanitary certificate of the workers. Annexed the two forms to be filled out to obtain the consent from the Ministry.
