Abstract This Resolution consisting of 10 articles aims at establishing that the vehicles for transport of chilled and/or frozen meat, or fresh carcasses need to be registered to the Ministry of Agriculture to obtain a special permit from it to transport the products within the Lebanese territory and indicating the conditions for obtaining this permit(signs, refrigerator’s materials, degrees and temperature registration system, distance between the carcasses). The consent lasts for one year and it is renewable. The Resolution deals also with the personal hygiene, clothes cleanliness and sanitary certificate of the workers and cleaning measures for the refrigerators. Annexed the two forms to be filled out to obtain the consent from the Ministry.
