Abstract This Resolution consisting of 6 articles aims at regulating the import of fruit trees propagating materials. It is necessary a permit, lasting three months, issued by the Directorate for Agricultural Resources. The Decree allows only the import of certificated plant materials, free form pathogen, in particular from viruses. Article 4 deals with the documents that must accompany the shipment, including a phytosanitary certificate insuring the freedom from quarantine diseases and viruses as mentioned in Annex 2. The Decree includes transport and labelling rules.
