Abstract This Resolution consisting of 4 articles aims at defining the cases for which a fishing license issued to seized fishing vessels or boats is administratively suspended, and they are (i) fishing inside Kuwait Bay in the area included in the indicated coordinates; (ii) resisting the marine control inspectors and the concerned authorities. The license of the violating ship or boat shall be suspended as follows (i) for three months if the violation was committed for the first time; (ii) for six months in the event of committing the violation for the second time within twelve months from the date of committing the first violation; (iii) for nine months if the violation is repeated more than twice within twelve months.
