This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution consisting of 4 articles, aims at establishing that the license granted to fishing vessels shall be revoked in case these vessels are caught while fishing in Kuwaiti territorial waters in a manner contrary to what is contained in the fishing license. The withdrawal of the license for any violating vessel shall be for three months from the date of its seizure, and the period shall be doubled if the violation is repeated for the second time, and the fishing license shall be revoked permanently in the event of the occurrence for the third time. The violating vessel may not practice fishing in the Kuwaiti territorial waters during the period of withdrawal of the license.
