This Regulation enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation consisting of 51 articles divided in 4 Sections aims at establishing conditions to be respected by the responsible body for its approval, permission, regulation, limitation or prevention of construction or any other related work on the Kingdom land. Section 1 deals with definitions; Section 2 deals with the general objectives of the partition projects (basic principles and standards); Section 3 deals with he procedures for approving partition plans projects (procedures for submitting applications, procedures for approving land division projects, procedures for approving projects to divide underwater areas, procedures in case of an amendment to cancel the approved division); and Section 4 deals with General Provisions related to planning rules and grievances.
