Abstract This Resolution consisting of 9 articles aims at regulating the export and re-export of livestock. The Resolution: establishes that it is necessary a previous approval by the Ministry of Agriculture; permits export and re-export of male forest goats and male sheep for slaughter; prohibits the export of dairy cows and Shami goat. The export operations must comply with the administrative note No.69/1 of 2014 and the terms of the importing country. It is permitted to re-export live cattle in transit of any categories and races.
