This Resolution enters into force immediately after its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution consisting of 15 articles aims at regulating the procedures to be followed by feed producers and manufacturers to be admitted to the Program of Development of Fodder Cultivation and Cattle Breeding. Mainly: submission of applications; procedural and logistic conditions; types and standards of crops admitted. These requirements are indicated for both producers and manufacturers. The Resolution provides also for the establishment of a Committee at the Ministry of Agriculture aiming at studying concerned issues and applications, including technical, financial, administrative and legal aspects.
