This Resolution is published and shall be communicated where needed.
Abstract

This Resolution consisting of 10 articles aims prohibit hunting on private properties when the ban is signaled by a special sign. Owners or investors have to submit an application to the Ministry of Environment. The Resolution provides also for the necessary documents accompanying the application and gives specifications for the banning boards.
