This Resolution is published and shall be communicated where needed.
Abstract

This resolution consisting of 12 articles establishes that: hunting is prohibited without a permit issued by the Ministry of Environment; the person requesting the hunting permit for the first time must take an exam related to the Hunting Law; the applications for the exam must be submitted to the Ministry with the documents specified in article 4; the exam consists of two parts, theory and practice. Annexed the form to be filled out to apply for the exam.
