Abstract This Resolution consisting of 2 articles provides for being accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate all the seedlings of fruit plants or decorative plants and their parts (leaves, twigs, roots, flowers) except for seeds. The certificate has to state that: they are free from bacteria Xylella fastidiosa; have been produced in an area free from the above-mentioned bacterium; have been inspected by the National Plant Protection Organization of the exporting country.
