This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation consisting of 6 articles establishes that to import debarked firewood for heating stoves it is necessary (i) import license; (ii) the shipment is accompanied by a certificate of origin; (iii) free form pests and in any case coming from a country from which import is allowed (iv) the necessary customs procedures must be followed. To import raw wood free from bark or debarked it is necessary (i) phytosanitary certificate; (ii) certificate of origin; (iii) free form pests and in any case coming from a country from which import is allowed (iv) the necessary customs procedures must be followed.
