Abstract This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. All dairy factories must submit an application to the Ministry of Agriculture-Animals Resources Department for their registration (art. 1). The Animal Resources Department shall register the factories under a serial sanitary number after ascertaining the compatibility with the technical and sanitary requirements adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture (art. 2). These factories shall be subject to auto-control and to periodic veterinary controls (art. 3). The milk used must be natural and from a known and defined source as well as it shall comply with the technical and sanitary requirements (art. 4). Full text Arabic
