Abstract This regulation is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 bans the transport of live birds and poultry from farms to any location without the authorization from the General Authority for Veterinary Services, except for chickens of day-old. Article 2 strictly prohibits the circulation and sale of live birds and poultry in cities from the day after of the publication of this Resolution in the Official Gazette. Article 5 charges the General Authority for Veterinary Services and its branches to follow-up and control bird and poultry, whether for sale or for fattening in their farms. Article 5 prohibits trading or selling waste and leftovers poultry farms without the authorization from the Authority. Article 7 contains procedures and actions to be taken against birds and poultry in violation of provisions of this Resolution. Full text Arabic
