Entry into force notes
This Convention shall enter into force on the first day of the third month following the date of deposit of the fifteenth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession with the Depositary.
Abstract

This Resolution approves the Convention on the Conservation of Wild Migratory Species. The Government will be responsible for the implementation of this Convention within the National territory. The Convention, consisting of 20 articles and 1 Annex, establishes requirements and measures to protect wild endangered migratory species. Annex lists all these animal species.
