This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 9 articles and 5 Annexes. Article 2 prohibits the production of nursery-plants by tissue-culture before obtaining necessary licences from the competent office of the Ministry of Agriculture. Article 3 decrees that the production of plants in vitro should be carried out in accordance with specific technical rules and requirements. Article 4 imposes on all laboratories producers of accredited nursery-plants by the tissue-culture method to obtain necessary licences from the Central Administration for Testing and Accreditation of Seeds of the Ministry of Agriculture. Article 5 imposes on producers of plants in vitro to keep registers to indicate the production and circulation of these plants. Article 6 subjects laboratories of tissue-culture to periodic control and inspection by the competent offices. Article 7 deals with the revocation of licences. Annex I contains the method for the production of nursery-plants by the tissue-culture. Annexes II and III contain the application-form for licensing and function of tissue-culture laboratories. Annex IV contains the form for testing and control of tissue-culture laboratories intended to produce plants in vitro. Annex V defines requirements and conditions for licensing tissue-culture laboratories for the production of accredited certificated nursery-plants.
