It consists of 12 chapters: General provisions (I); Special hygiene requirements for meat of cattle (II); Special hygiene requirements for bird and hare meat (III); Special hygiene requirements for ground, processed and mechanically separated meat (IV); Animal organs that may not be used for meat production (V); Special hygiene requirements for living two-shelled moluscs (VI); Special hygiene requirements for fishery products (VII); Special hygiene requirements for raw milk and dairy products (VIII); Special hygiene requirements for eggs and egg products (IX); Special hygiene requirements for production of frog limbs and snails (X); Special hygiene requirements for melted animal fat and greaves (XI); and Special hygiene requirements for processed stomach, bladder and intestines (XII). According to the Resolution, a business operator may use other hygiene methods if it proves to the inspector that the safety is ensured.
