Abstract

The Resolution provides rules for labeling meat. It consists of four articles: General provisions (1); Veterinary labels and stamps (2); Rules for labeling (marking) meat and meat products (3); and Control and compliance control of meat labeling (4). The labeling can be done only by qualified veterinarian after a proper assessment.
