Abstract The purpose of this Resolution is to lay down sanitary requirements and conditions for the conservation and storage of dairy products in order to protect public health. This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Articles 1-3 deal with the requirements and conditions for the conservation, storage and sale of dairy products. Article 4 contains offences and penalties.
