Abstract This Resolution is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 allows the export of rice within the quota prescribed by the Minister of Trade and Industry under the nominal licences issued by the Foreign Trade Sector. Article 2 provides that licences can be done through public auctions. Articles 3 to 6 define the export duties on rice and establish committees to: open envelopes of auction; to define the fundamental value; and, to decide on bids. Full text Arabic
