This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution amends Resolutions No. 90 of 2007 and No. 30 of 2007 respectively as the following: (a) must take into account as recommended by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or the European Commission for the registration of pesticides in Egypt; (b) the Commission of Pesticides could add new safe and important pesticide active substances for agricultural production to the List annexed to the Resolution No. 30 of 2007; and, (c) addition of Copper Compounds and other 41 active substances to the aforementioned List.
