Abstract This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 prohibits to produce some unpacked foodstuffs such as cooked chickpeas, yoghurt, cheeses, olives, pickles, sweets, drinks and juices and the like without caloric treating. Violations and transgressions shall be punished by applying provisions and rules of Law No. 158 of 1960 on fraud and deceit (art. 2). Full text Arabic
