Abstract This Resolution concerns the hygienic conditions in the vehicles transporting milk or milk products. The transport of milk and its derivates is subject to prior approval of the Minister of Agriculture. These vehicles shall be used exclusively for the transport of the milk and its derivates. The Resolution states specifications about the design, the cleaning, the temperature, the inspection and the oversight. Additional requirements are set for the transport of raw milk. The transporter shall keep an official record for each transport and sterilization operation for a period of 6 months.
