Abstract This Resolution establishes that under one-time licenses issued by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, by agreement with the Belarusian food industry concern "Belgospischeprom" in the same manner as established by the Rules for issuing licenses and permits for export and (or) import, the export of white crystalline sugar is carried out: (a) outside the Republic of Belarus to the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) white crystalline sugar (code of the unified Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the EAEU 1701 99 100*) regardless of the country of origin; and (b) outside the customs territory of the EAEU in the Republic of Belarus to states that are not member states of the EAEU, goods regardless of the country of origin when they are placed under customs procedures for export, temporary export, processing outside the customs territory and re-export.
