This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles and 5 Indexes. It amends Article 1 of Resolution No. 52/1 of 1996 by repealing Indexes 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 13 and re-numbering Indexes 3, 4, 5, 10, and 14. Indexes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the Resolution deal with the following: maximum and minimum air pollution residues, air pollution produced from different sources, liquid waste disposal into the sea, liquid waste disposal into surface water.
