Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. The zones cultivated with fruit trees, cereals, vegetables, legumes and forests in the province of Latakia are subject to the campaign against agricultural epidemic (art. 1). Tillers and farmers shall carry out the operations in a safe and secure manner as established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation (art. 2). All parties, organizations, farmers, private organizations and local Authorities shall carry out this campaign (art. 3). Investigation and fighting units, and teams established by the Ministry of Agricultural and Land Reclamation shall check on the execution of the operations related to the campaign (art. 4). A Purchase Committee, at the Agricultural Department in Latakia, shall be established as provided for in article 6.
