Abstract This Resolution is composed of 20 articles. Article 1 gives terms and definitions. Article 2 prohibits the practice of any profession related to the nutrition before the obtainment of licences from the Ministry of Public Health. Article 3 classifies nutrition professions as the following: nutrition technical; nutrition specialist; and, dietician. Articles 4 and 5 deal with procedures for submitting applications for the aforementioned professions. Article 6 pertains to the registration of professions. Article 7 defines licence’s fees. Articles 9 to 11 specify obligations of licensees. Articles 12 to 26 define requirements and conditions for opening of therapist nutrition centres. Article 7 contains offences and penalties.
