This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to protect palms against diseases. This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 prohibits the introduction of date palms, ornamental palms and palm seedlings from the countries specified in the list at the Ministry of Trade and Agriculture in order to protect agricultural wealth. Article 2 contains offences and penalties.
