This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to protect date trees from diseases and to protect agricultural wealth. The present Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 prohibits the importation of date trees, fronds and ornamental nursery plants from countries affected by palm diseases specified by the Ministry of Trade and Agriculture. Article 2 contains offences and penalties
