Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate commercial of citrus seedlings and circulation. The present Resolution is composed of 14 articles and 5 Annexes. Article 1 deals with the accreditation and registration of citrus seedlings and circulation. Articles 2 and 3 specify the phases and requirements for the accreditation of citrus seedlings and circulation. Articles 4 and 5 define requirements for nurseries and respective applications. Article 6 prohibits the production of accredited seedlings before obtaining previous authorizations. Articles 8 and 9 provide for the obligations of the licensee. Article 10 imposes a period of control for nurseries. Article 11 refers to the revocation of licences. Article 13 defines the period for regulating the position of irregular nurseries. Annex I pertains to acceptance levels for the accreditation of citrus seddlings. Annex II contains the Application Form for obtaining a licence. Annex III contains the Licence Form for a commercial nursery. Annex IV contains the Licence Form for the production of citrus seedlings. Annex V contains the Adoption Card Form for citrus seedlings.
