The purpose of the regulation is to ensure safety when working on GMOs. The document provides that use of GMOs in closed systems is permitted only based on the special license. In addition, it provides qualification and other requirements for persons who are engaged in such activities. Finally, the Resolution adopts a set of safety requirements imposed on the responsible persons for handling regulated GMOs.
