Abstract

This Resolution amends article 7 of Resolution No. 6112 of 2003 as follows: (a) concerned persons shall present a written application for obtaining an initial approval by the Department of Agriculture and Land Reclamation-Animal Health Department; (b) once the initial approval has been obtained, concerned persons shall present an application for obtaining administrative licences from the Ministry of Local Administration and Environment; (c) the Agriculture and Land Reclamation Department shall carry out the control on installations; and (d) licences shall be issued by the competent Prefect.
