Abstract The Resolution provides standards for honey. It consists of eight articles: General provisions (1); Purpose and scope of regulation (2); Regulated object (3); Definition of terms (4); Terms for placing honey on market (5); Requirements imposed on honey (6); Requirements imposed on business operators (7); and Compliance control of honey (8). The Resolution regulates honey during its production, processing and distribution. It applies to flower or nectar, honeydew and mixed honey.
