Abstract This Resolution approves the Declaration of Socio-Economic Emergency Situation caused by the war in Ukraine. In particular it aims at regulating the global impacts, the impacts of the severe drought in Cape Verde, the impacts of the pandemic, as well as the impacts of the war in Ukraine, the cost of mitigation and structuring measures. The text is divided into five parts: 1. Worldwide socio-economic impacts; 2. Severe drought in Cape Verde; 3. Covid 19 Pandemic impacts; 4. Socio-economic impacts of inflationary pressure on food products caused by the war in Ukraine; and 5. Costs of mitigation measures (food, electricity, oil, social pension, etc.).
