This Resolution enters into force on 1 May 1996.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Milk, yoghurt and condensed yoghurt cartons must respect the following standards and requirements. (a) Natural milk and by-products: the external colour must be white with blue ink print; (b) powdered milk and by-products: the main external colour of the carton must be white with red ink print; (c) the trade mark may be of a different colour (art. 2); weights for milk, yoghurt and condensed yoghurt cartons are: 125 g, 250 g, 500 g respectively, whereas cartons of drinking yoghurt may be of 300 cl only (art. 3); control and implementation of this Resolution is entrusted to the Consumer Protection Department and the Provincial Economy and Commerce Departments (art. 4).
