Abstract

This Resolution regulates transportation (movement) on the national territory of cargo (veterinary drugs) subject to control by state veterinary supervision that must be accompanied by quality certificate issued by the manufacturer, a copy of the registration certificate of the exporting country (except for pilot batches and with the written permission of the State Veterinary Supervision Service of the Republic of Tajikistan in cases of epizootic necessity and other natural disasters) and certificate of the country of origin. Export of pathogens (pests) of animals, genetically modified microorganisms and toxins shall be carried out in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the exporting country. When importing pathogens (pests) of animals, genetically modified microorganisms and toxins into the Republic of Tajikistan from other countries, a certificate of quality shall be required together with the written permission of the State Veterinary Supervision Service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
