Abstract The aim of this Resolution is to economize and save on water. The present Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 provides for the replacement of clover cultivations which need a high consumption of water with other crops which need low consumption of water. Article 3 entrusts the employees of the Water Department with the control and inspection of the implementation of this Resolution. Article 4 contains offences and penalties.
