Abstract This Resolution amends articles 8 and 16 of Resolution No. 6 of 1985 on the Agrarian Credit Act as follows: (a) “the loaner borrower shall not pay any administrative fees if the amount does not exceed Bahrain Dinar (BHD) 5,000”; (b) “a new loan is not permitted unless at least 50% of the last loan has been payed off”.
