This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Importation of all species of live birds and their fresh, frozen and deep frozen meat, hatching eggs, eggs for human consumption as well as raw feathers of birds from all countries is absolutely prohibited (art. 1). Article 2 defines the following requirements and conditions for the importation of bird feathers: (a) the feathers shall be treated with disinfectants and thermal sterilization; (b) the application shall be presented to the Animal Resources
