Abstract

This Resolution approves the rules for issuing health certificate for food/feed. It consists of seven articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Scope of application of a health certificate (3); List of documents that need to be presented for a certificate (4); Issuing a health certificate (5); Grounds to deny issuance of a health certificate (6); and Final provision (7). The Resolution also includes Annex No. 1 – Form for Health Certificate for food/feed, intended for the export from Georgia to the European Union; and Annex No. 2 – Form for safety certificate.
